KTM LC4 home-built setup

Obviously not quite a motocrosser. This will be used on forest tracks in Washington state USA in which we are required to have all equipment for hiway or motorway use. I must credit the success of this project to a now good friend, Johnny Wolverson in England. Many hours and Emails later a nearly co...

Hats off to Al Wenzel ! Al trucked up the west coast this weekend for a vintage motocross event. Being the follow through sort of guy I suspected. He brought one of his sidecar motocrossers with him just as he said. He took me out for a bit. A bit was about all I could handle as a beginner. Very phy...

sidecar for the USA

Thanks for the quick reply Dave. That makes perfect sense. Although the rig will see very little traffic or tarmac. The State of Washington where I ride requires all motor vehicles to be licensed for hiway use. Yes, even in the remote mountains. Unless competing on a closed course. Cross, ISDE etc. ...

Ah yes sidecar BMX ! In The mid 70s An occasional sidecar 20 inch ride would show up. Even more of a surprise this was in the U.S. The spectators would go nuts. Now days if you mention a sidecar at the downhill mountainbike races. You are considered a lunitic. "Are you some kind of crazy bastar...
