did you make sure there is a gap between the rotor and the stator coil ? ,have you tried a fresh spark plug ?

Hi Stuart, is it not the same as a ktm shaft? the ktm shaft is used in a few different ktm engines .

Hi Ian ,I can remember all the horror stories of riders taking their 500s up to 560-580 and then having problems with reliability ,it seemed the best size was to take them out to 540,hope this helps
