This year’s event has moved to a new venue, not far from Bicester Designer Outlet Village!

The evening will start with pre-dinner drinks at 6.00pm, followed by 3 course Meal, (please advise any special dietary requirements on the Booking Form), Coffee & Mints, Awards Presentation, Charity Raffle, Disco and Photo Booth! Dress Code: Formal

This year's chosen charity is Cancer Reasearch UK and tickets will be available to purchase at Dean Moore, from Eric Maguire (see Michaela or Nicky therafter), at £2.00 per ticket.

Payments by instalment available, a deposit* will be required with the Ticket Booking Form. All balances to be paid in full by 15th October 2017.
*Please note: Minimum deposit £10.00 per ticket (all deposits are non-refundable).

Tickets will be available until all sold or until 15th October, 2017 whichever is the sooner.

Hotel Booking

The SMCA has secured a discounted 'block booking' room rate for the event.
Prices are £95.00 per room, which includes a full English breakfast, and car parking.

Magnolia Park, has a limited number of rooms, but has secured additional rooms at the Tally-Ho Hotel, 4 miles from the venue, at the same rate with a complimentary shuttle service to and from the other venue. Magnolia Park, will advise which venue you will be staying at.
