As with all meetings in SE centre this year lap scoring will be done using transponders so the club needs your transponder number ASAP. Please text your name and transponder number to either Chris Helm on 07740 859238 or Mr P on 07808 426320

For those without a transponder the club will have some for hire on the day.

just to reiterate what Chris has said above, we're playing with transponders at all the SEMX meetings this year (so not just Canada Heights but also Rusper and 2 of the 3 meetings at Ringmer). Thus we desperately need to know (our solo entry form has a box for transponder number, but we didn't have one on the ACU's sidecar form ....) what transponder number each crew has. If you haven't got one and can't blag one off someone else, we can hire you one (think it's going to be £20) but we also need to know how many of you will need to be hiring a transponder to make sure we have enough for you all.

this file (45kb PDF) is a list of entries, with transponder numbers. The secretary of the meeting will be updating this as he gets crew's transponder numbers.

sorry to keep spamming away, but we really need to know who does and who doesn't have a transponder, we've 7 crews who have (see linked PDF) and 6 who need one (this thread). so that's 13 out of 33 crews who have responded. if you could all beg/badger/etc the others for a response because this affects how we plan for this meetings (us all being newbies at this transponder lark, and this is our first outing!).
