Hi all,

i am back home, but still it's not going well.
The only good thing is that i know for sure that my heart and blood are OK, so they sended me back home to consult my local doctor again.

Last months i become more pain and feeling weak and very tired.
The exercises for my knee revalidation was even not going smooth and simple exercises/tasks did make me feel like i was running a marathon.
Now i get again stronger medication (on morphine base) en very strong sleeping pills, this makes me feel even more weaker, but the pain is less and i can sleep now more then 4-5 hours a night.
These pain medication makes also me feel sick and dizzy and i must spew from it, but the pain is much less.

After several conversations with my local doctor in the last week, the next steps will be visiting a neurologist/orthopaedist to check my lower back again and an internist to check my stomach and intestines.(Crohn's disease)
This means that i will not go to any event shortly, i want to feel much better before i even think about visiting any race.
I really do hope to have some positive news shortly, but till that time my camera and laptop will be laying unused on the shelf.
Also my activities on sidecarcross.com will be low priority now, i try to activate new users and see whats going on, but that's it for now. It's to difficult to concentrate myself for it at this moment.
Now i only can wait for better times.

I want to apologize that i did not answer all your calls, messages and emails, it was to much at this moment.

Greetings, Rien

Some update:
Actually there is not so much changed.
With this medication now i feel a little bit better in the last days, but still the problems are there.
I am waiting for my appointments with the specialists and do hope that this will be (very) soon.
The last 2 days where more comfortable, but far from good.
Eventually i will visit some races, but only as spectator.
For now i decided to keep my camera and laptop in the house till all goes much better with my health.
Hope to see you soon...
