Can someone tell me if this event is open to English riders and if so is there any contact details.

Whereabouts in Belgium in is place.

this is an open event, only closed for FIM riders.
what kind of lisence do you have?

Hi have a UK ACU licence and FIM one, what about Sint Kruis Winkel is this event for sidecars.Paul

what federation is this? in a little while it's the Belgian championship, this is for fim lisenced sidecars: maybe you could participate there?
