AMA SoCal Mototcross / Four Aces MC @ Piru MX / 7-30-06

The Four Aces Motorcycle Club will be hosting the fourth round of the AMA SoCal MX Championship Series, and have invited Sidecars and Quads to participate this weekend coming (July 30th) at Piru MX off Highway 126, west of Valencia off the North side of the highway off the Lake Piru Turnoff.

Gates and signups open at 7:00am, first practice at 9:00am and the first race will go off approximately at 10:00am. Jeff Heine from the Four Aces has gratiously put the quads & sidecar race at the fifth in the schedule, and should be an easy short day. This will be the very first time Sidecars and Quads will have run at this track.

Our next scheduled AMA SoCal Sidecar MX will be August 6th at Lancaster Fairgrounds (Lost Coyotes MC / Ave. H and I-14 freeway) which is a Best In The West event. 6:00am gate and signup and first round of practice at 8:00am with a tentative 9:00am being the first moto start time. There will be practice on saturday (August 5th) with camping available at the track in prep for sundays racing. This will also be the very first time Sidecars and Quads will have run at this track.


The last MX race that the sidecars will be racing in SoCal is August 20th, Hosted by the ROVERS MC at I-5 MX at Hungry Valley SVRA (Quail Canyon) which is also a Best In The West event. 6:00am gate and signup and first round of practice at 8:00am with the first race to go off at 9:00am. There will be practice on saturday (August 19th) with camping available at the track in prep for sundays racing (along with flush toilets with running water and a concession food stand). This track is perfectly suited for sidecars and they are providing special track prep for this event.
