Bij deze een compliment voor de mooie aktie foto van Robert Grogg/Andreas Husser op de startpagina.
Voor mij is Robert Grogg (CH) nog altijd de beste zijspancrosser( in de viertakt periode wel te verstaan).
Werkelijk een lust voor het oog om hem te zien rijden met zijn verschillende bakkenisten oa. Gerhard Martinez,Andreas Graber,Alfred Schacher en Andreas Husser.
Hij viel ook op met zijn opvallende kleding en zijn Opel Blitz bus.

That photo was taken by my brother Eric Whitney. I think the track is Ruswil? It was 1979. I was racing with my dad in the same race, but on this big jump the front forks broke and my dad went to the hospital. That was the end of our first racing trip to Europe. Grogg helped us a lot while we were there.

In front is Robert Grogg/Andreas Hüsser and behind you can see another Swiss team Hans-Ruedi Herren/Rinderknecht.
