Five sidecar teams showed in conjunction with the quads with Mark McDade / Bob Morgan & Mike Burns Jr. / Matt Sidoti both going four (8 1/2 mile) laps and everyone else only going three after being passed by the lead quad with Mark/Bob taking the win and Mike/Matt coming in second.

Morgan Pierce & Janette Player pulled the holeshot with Mike Burns Jr. & Matt Sidoti hot on their tails during the first mile or so - then Burns/Sidoti and Johnson/Stimson slipped by with McDade/Morgan in tow.

After several battles for the lead with Pierce/Player, Burns/Sidoti and McDade/Morgan, Myself & Paul Stimson had to sit on the sidelines for 7-10 minutes until Paul regained composure after reinjuring his broken ribs on the grab bar, thus everyone passing us on lap two - we eventually passed Joaquin Sura and Scott McDade back but Morgan/Janette were way gone and on the gas by that time and we settled out for the fourth place position.

Pierce/Player rode great to a smooth and consistant third place and even had time to pull over for a fuel and pee stop and still retained their third place.

Next race at Gorman could determine the 2005 champion team as Mark McDade/Bob Morgan are slowly catching Mike Burns/Matt Sidoti in the points and the battle is brewing closer with every race.
