Hello

I am a Husaberg specialist and the two engines are very close.

Husabergs are weak on the main bearings, Husky's are weak on the big end. 30mm is small. you can overcome this.

get yourself a Keihin FCR carb from a 2004-2005 KTM or a 426 yamaha 2000-2003. the carb MUST have a seperate belmouth. they come 37-39-41 but can be taken to 43mm by an engineer.

I do an amazing jetting kit
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HUSABERG-KTM- ... 3ab9bfa4cd. it fits anything SOHC and big.

don't take the compression up without making the big end bigger at say 32mm.

there are 'sport' cams but this is all. a sidecar needs torque.

regards

Taffy
