Smca 2019 AGM

Hi,
The AGM for this year is to be held on the 24th February from 12-3pm.
Venue.
The Royal British Legion,
County Headquarters,
Eversley road,
Reading
RG2 9PR.
All Smca members are welcome to attend, if any members want anything brought up for discussion please contact either myself or Polly Chewter for it to be added to the Agenda.
There are committee members who are stepping down and unless we have people who are prepared to get involved and help, there is a strong possibility of the Smca folding as it's the same few people doing it, that means no championship, no trophies and no presentation night.
Be prepared!
