Post by t-mattern » Wed Aug 26, 2009 6:43 pm

hi, we are for training in Colorado and in the last two weeks we have a great time
here in USA. In the next year we like to drive some races in California.
Can somebody help use?

When start the races?
Can we races there?
Have anybody a phone number for use?

Howdy gents from Deutzland, welcome to the USA,

Besides a couple of us that kill and beat up our sidecar equipment racing/surviving in the desert, there is a seven race Grand Prix/motocross series that goes from Taft in central california, to Stateline Nevada, to Rynoland on the way down to san Diego. Grand Prixs here consist of closed offroad course containing a mix of motocross, offroad, dirt track and even asphalt over an hour long race. Sidecars race with the quads. Events start the first weekends of February, March, April, May, October, November and December.

See:
http://www.district37ama.org

During the summer months, the AMA SoCal MX Series also allows sidecars to race at these events. It is an eight race series also covering from central to southern California.

If you have any questions, feel free to call me at (661) 917-5565
Cheers, Chris Johnson - AMA SoCal MX Series Chairman / Big Six GP co-announcer
