Which team get the Rookies of the year title for 2007

- not all teams did drove all races
- not all teams did qualified all races
- some of them get injured
- but all are new young teams in the worldchampionship

Why are Eastmans not listed for Rookies of the year?

Only riden at two GP's and scored at both of them.

Andy Eastman isn't a rookie.Tried to qualify in 2000 with Lionel and DID qualify in 2001 with Mike Stones, both at Canada Heights.
