Why no Scherbinin ?

Does anyone know why the Russian guys won't drive in Oss?
I think they always added something ' special' to the GP's .

scherbinin has a new motor i heard, and has a contract with the fabrick to drive only the imba's this year

sherbinin is asked to test the bike first in a season of IMBA races , next year they will normally return to GP racing.
