As you can see this is an official announcement from the FIM. So the dates are confirmed.
BUT...... it always can chance..

I have just heard that the 2017 Sidecarcross of European Nations will be held at Cingoli, Italy on 23 / 24 September

Also confirmed that the Belgium round will be held on the sandy track of Lommel on 8 & 9 July 2017.
