Transport to track

Hy folks i am trying to book a flight to Tallin on friday morning can any one tell me the best way to get to the track without driving ie train or bus and how far is it from track ?. Thanks any help will be great ,

Hello Mark,
We will leave Tallinn Friday about 12.30 P.M., with a Rental Car, to the track in Kivioli.
So we can pick you upsomewhere in Tallinn.
Let us know what time you arrive , but not at this forum, cause within 4 hours we'll leave home.
