Many thanks

Sidecar tyre hard. Front tyre 20 - 22 psi; Rear tyre 18 - 20 psi; adjust to suit track and you.

Suspension: Sidecar shock, no sag. Rear shock, 0.5 - 1.0 cm sag; front shocks 2 cm sag if track hard, less if soft, down to about 0.5cm in sand. Adjust this on the spring. Damping adjustment depends on what sort of shocks/adjustments you have. Soft is best, shocks need to move. Ideally they will bottom out, just, on the biggest jump/bump on a course.

That should do for starters - expect lots of people to now tell me that's all wrong :-D
I was wrong all last season, and, according to my e'mails I'm wrong this season. Still, while it is my fault no one else is getting the blame.
