Practice in Italy ? ?

Post by Mumma »

We are trying to make plans to go practicing in Italy at the beginning of March.

We have been told we can practice at tracks at Asti and Cremona. Is this information correct? Can someone give me more details of where the tracks are located in these areas and whether we can practice every day in the week or are the tracks only open at Weekends? Also are there any other tracks in this area that we can practice on.

Some help would be appreciated.

Thank you :-D

For Cremona look at http://www.mccremona.com
Asti website can be found at http://www.motocrossasti.com/
If you want to receive a huge list of tracks for Google Earth (complete with extra info), you need to send me an email.

The track of Asti ( http://www.motocrossasti.com ) observes the these timetables:
- Thursday 10 am - 19 pm
- Friday 14 pm - 19 pm
- Saturday 10 am - 19 pm
- Sunday 10 am - 19 pm
(Attention the track could be closed from the 8 to 17 March)

Near to Asti there is the track of Pinerolo opened Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday afternoon

Near to Asti there is the track of Malpensa ( http://www.motoclubmvgallarate.it/ ) observes the these timetables:
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 13 pm to 17 pm
- Sunday from 10 am to 17 pm

The track of Cremona ( http://www.mccremona.com ) it is opened every day from 10 am to 17 pm

Near to Cremona there are other circuits:

- Crotta d'Adda ( http://www.spiedomx.com/ItalianMX/home1e.htm ) with bottom in sand opened every day

- Torre de Picenardi ( http://motoclubtorre.com/live/ ) bottom in sand opened from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 17 pm

- Mantova ( http://digilander.libero.it/giovannipavesi0/ ) with bottom in sand observes the these timetables:
- from Monday to Friday from 12 am to 17 pm
- Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 17 pm

If you come in the track of Cremona on Saturday or Sunday we can make practice together, we could learn a lot of things from you!

As far as I know Mantova is closed for sidecars!
But maybe it changed again since 2005.
